Biologia
É um pokémon pássaro, geralmente verde com corpo esférico. Tem asas pequenas e bastante coloridas, com uma crista no topo de sua cabeça. Seus olhos têm forma de amêndoas. Seu design é baseado principalmente por desenhos americanos nativos. A sua evolução é Xatu. Apesar de ser um Psychic Pokémon, que possuem habilidades psíquicas, o Natu também é bastante qualificado para escalar troncos e saltar. É facilmente assustado devido à sua capacidade profética. Tem o comportamento peculiar de olhar algo até que se mova.

Na Liga Johto, havia um garoto com um Natu. O menino era um artista de rua, mas era muito tímido e tinha medo de ficar no palco; por isso seu Natu não conseguia fazer sua apresentação corretamente. A Equipe Rocket rouba todos os artistas de rua e Natu ajuda a recuperá-los, pois ele pode prever o futuro e com uma máscara, o menino e seu pokémon - que tinha aumentado seu nível com a batalha que travou - conseguem fazer sua apresentação.
