Biologia
Ivysaur é semelhante a Bulbasaur ou seja parece um dinosauro. Quando evolui,o bulbo em suas costas se abre, revelando um botão de flor.
Descrição
Quando o botão de flor em suas costas começa a inchar, um doce aroma exala para indicar que irá florescer. Depois de evoluir ganha pequenas garras. Ele pode ficar mais tempo no Sol, absorvendo que especiais.

Nenhuma.
Habilidades Especiais
Assim como Bulbasaur, o botão de flor nas costas é muito útil. Pode usar os seguintes movimentos através do botão: Leech Seed, Vine Whip, Razor Leaf, Petal Dance, Sweet Scent, PoisonPowder e Sleep Powder, além de outros golpes com Synthesis e SolarBeam. A Habilidade Overgrow pode ser muito útil no final da batalha.
Comportamento
Não se sabe muito sobre o comportamento de um Ivysaur, ele é um pouco mais agressivo que um Bulbasaur, é fiel ao seu treinador.
Habitat
Ivysaur são dificies de se encontrar, mas podem mora em um campo de flores, próximo de lagos absorvendo luz solar, e pode viver em florestas.
Dieta
Ivysaur é um pokémon onívoro, mas não parece comer muita comida já que absorve nutrientes da luz solar.
