Encontrado na Rota 119, perto de Fortree City, use alguma Rod para pescá-lo (a Super Rod tem mais chances de pescá-lo mas demora mais tempo para pescar o pokémon que talvez não seja o Feebas além de ser meio difícil de usá-la , a Old Rod é mais rápida e fácil porém tem menos chances de pescá-lo).
